WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
There are countless companies to choose from. Everything from health and tech to self-improvement and wealth and travel. What do you really want here? A warm fuzzy feeling, or money? Many newbies seem to only be focused on the products. Their long experience as consumers really gets in their way. I hear it over and over, "I really have to like the product to sell it."
Let me say right here that if you believe that you have to like the product, or to become a "product of the product" by using it, you may be doomed for failure! Get this idea straight: Consumers BUY things they like. Business owners SELL anything they believe will produce a profit. If they don't follow that simple rule, they go broke! Start changing your consumer thinking right now, and work on thinking like a business owner!
Now that is out of the way, let's continue. If you just want to make money, the options are endless. So too are the scams. I really don't have any advice to those of you who are looking to get rich quick, other than proceed with caution, and then work like crazy at whatever deal you decide on. The company you are working with is your foundation and you MUST have a solid one. The last thing you want is to invest a couple of years in an opportunity with a weak product/service and then find out later that your opportunity/products are impossible to sell because all of the online forums and blogs are saturated with complaints about how "people got ripped off".
One thing of note here is that any company which becomes popular and has several members online constantly promoting how much money they are making, will attract a lot of "get-rich-quick" prospects. And those prospects will often drop out when they discover that either the financial requirements are more than they are willing to spend, or that they are unwilling to do the work required. It amazes me that people call themselves business owners and then balk at investing in themselves and actually doing some work! Well, those drop outs often yell about being "scammed" and love to wallow in the miserable rants of their peers. The unfortunate part for the business being maligned is that these detractors often grab the attention of prospects who are easily swayed. When it comes to complaints about companies with overpriced products, one might argue that you could go to your local store and buy higher quality at a better price, but that argument really means nothing when it comes to choosing a business. Most people interested in developing a business will buy the product for the opportunity to sell it and not the product itself.
If you want to build a $25,000 PLUS monthly income, the last thing you want is to be involved in a company that will eventually collapse under the weight of online criticism.
I've looked at dozens of companies, and found that most left me cold, no matter how big and flashy the promises are. Some of the companies offer proven plans, great income potential and a reasonably long track record. However, it was often the attitudes of their leaders which turned me off. I simply have a low threshold for bullsh*t, and you should too.
